However, what began as an effort to clean up the streets has morphed into a lawsuit alleging that task force agents are harassing bystanders who exercise their First Amendment rights.
Four residents have filed a complaint against the task force – comprised of state and federal agencies, including Tennessee State Troopers, the Tennessee National Guard, and 13 federal agencies.
