He suffered severe injuries, including a brain bleed and multiple broken bones, but is now returning to school with adapted lessons and therapy.

The incident, perpetrated by Jonty Bravery when he was just 17 years old, raised questions about the system's failures. Bravery had intended to kill someone and was allowed out unsupervised in supported accommodation.
